Rosemary Trent
Executive Director
Rosemary Trent brings to EarthEcho International more than 20 years of experience leading and growing mission-driven organizations across the nonprofit and international development sectors. Before joining EarthEcho, she served as National Director of Right To Play USA, where she expanded partnerships, mobilized resources, and elevated the organization’s visibility in the U.S., helping support children’s learning and resilience in 15 countries and more than 75 refugee camps.
Previously, Rosemary held senior leadership roles at Partners In Health as Director of Foundation Partnerships and at Save the Children US as Director of New Partnership Development & Strategy. Earlier in her career, she co-founded Pueblo a Pueblo, a grassroots organization improving education, health, and livelihoods for children and families in Guatemala’s coffee-farming communities.
Having spent 17 years in South America and East Africa working with schools and NGOs while raising her three sons, Rosemary developed a deep appreciation for the interdependence between communities and the natural environment—an understanding that underpins her lifelong commitment to empowering youth as leaders in building a sustainable future.
Rosemary holds a B.S. in Environmental Biology from the University of Colorado and a Master’s in Teaching from the School for International Training. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, she is also an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys running, skiing, and beekeeping. She volunteers with the Teton County Access to Justice Center and divides her time between Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom.
