Bronwyn Hocking
Expedition Fellow: Plasticseas
I have been a teacher at the beautiful Kinglake Primary School for the last four years and I am now the Maths Coordinator. Kinglake Primary is a small school with a big personality and a strong community spirit and I am lucky to be a part of it. Outside of work I am a member of the Country Women’s Association of Victoria and enjoy working with these dedicated women to give back to the community.
I, like many others, see the need for a greater change in our society it the way we use plastics and the way we treat our waste. I hope to empower my students to acquire knowledge and experiences so they can take an active role in influencing positive change.
