I am from Long Island New York and a senior at New Hyde Park Memorial High School. Currently, I play school volleyball and club volleyball. I enjoy cooking and gardening in my free time, but my favorite hobby is restoring environmental health in my community. Ever since I was a young kid, I was always mesmerized by the environment and the fact that there were so many different animals and vast wildlife within my community. However over time, invasives, a lack of native animals, and a depletion of wildlife came forth. This sparked my interest in habitat preservation, making me want to make a change in my community. I want to become a water challenge ambassador so I could have an external community help my environmental endeavors, such as the polluted water project I am working on right now. I hope one day with the help of Earth Echo I can inspire more people to save the wildlife in their own communities too.
