Grace Potrzuski
Since I was a small child, my family has always instilled a sense of knowledge and responsibility about human’s footprint on the environment. When I was 13, I moved from South Florida to Northeastern Pennsylvania, which has given me an idea of the true scope of human impact on the environment. Now as a high school senior living in Forty Fort, PA, I am aware of the work that has been done and is still needed in our local waterways, mainly the Susquehanna River. Living on this river, I am constantly exposed and affected by it. When I am not enjoying the river, I am at my dance studio, playing tennis, volunteering, spending time with my friends, or enjoying the outdoors. Throughout everything I do, I want to continue the message of education and cultivation.
