Emma Bolton

Emma Bolton, 20, of Brooksville, FL is a junior Honors student at Saint Leo University majoring in International Studies and minoring in Environmental Studies. Emma has dedicated most of her life helping underserved populations through volunteering, donating, and advocating for a healthy environment and clean water for all. She is the Events Chair for Saint Leo’s Sigma Iota Rho Chapter and created “Emma’s Seeds of Kindness” on Facebook and Instagram to promote kindness through action. She hosted several virtual conferences and trash clean ups, taught about harmful microplastics, and advocated to girl scouts and gradeschool students as an EarthEcho Water Challenge Ambassador. Emma is most proud of the trash can lid-and-sign initiative she created collaborating with Hernando County Parks and Recreation. Outside of her dedication and passion for the environment, Emma is a dancer who loves to perform in addition to drawing and reading. Emma is excited to make a positive impact as a Marine Plastics Ambassador.
