Cassandra is a youth activist, student, and environmentalist. As a college student, she majors in Political Science with a double minor in Climate Change and Sociology. She hopes to one day be an environmental policymaker. She began her activism journey in high school by connecting with others and speaking out against social injustice. Now, as a freshman in college, she is one of 14 Finalists for the 2025 Project Green Challenge, as well as a Youth Marine Plastics Ambassador. She sets a strong example for how one person can create a ripple effect - she has now connected with students globally who care deeply about injustice and continues her work through social media.
