Caroline Wiesner

Caroline is an upcoming graduate from the University of Colorado, Boulder, studying ecology and evolutionary biology and environmental studies with a minor in anthropology. During her time pursuing her bachelor's degree, she has worked on various research projects regarding marine protected areas and disease, wildlife reintroduction, fish behavior, and regenerative agriculture. She also worked at an on-campus recycling center for three years, attempting to combat the plastic pollution problem hands-on. Caroline is hopeful to combine her academic background with advocacy work to creating lasting and meaningful environmental and social change. Outside of her environmental work, Caroline enjoys spending time in the outdoors climbing, snowboarding, and hiking, as well as going to hot yoga and pottery classes. She is excited to make new connections with like-minded youth in the U.S. and beyond to fight for a better future, for both people and planet.
