I’m Bernice Deng, a high school student at San Marino High School in Los Angeles, California. I’ve always been surrounded by saltwater, whether through local beaches or cruising in aquamarine waters across the globe. However, the landscape I grew up with has drastically changed, and not for the better. This motivated me to take action for both the present and future. As a result, I became involved in advocacy through climate organizations such as Climate Cardinals and Inspirate Earth.

In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, hiking, and swimming. I’m excited to continue my journey and expand my impact as an EarthEcho Water Ambassador!
