Annie is a first-year undergraduate student at Cornell University, where she is studying Environment & Sustainability and Marine Biology. Growing up in Southern California, witnessing microplastic pollution in coastal habitats sparked her passion for pursuing a career in sustainability. With a growing interest in marine scientific research, she hopes to bridge the gap between science and policy through scientific communication.
