Ana Baquedano is a rising sophomore at Cornell University. This is her first year in the Marine Plastics Ambassador Program, but her second year being involved with EarthEcho, and she’s looking forward to what they’ll accomplish together this year. Whether in New York or back home in Houston, Ana has been involved in marine and environmental work for a few years now, working with organizations like LCOY, YOUNGO, and UNICEF. Her passion for the arts and environmental advocacy led her to apply to this program, and she’s excited to combine both interests through creative and community-driven work. In her free time, Ana enjoys being out in nature, playing tennis, reading, doing DIY projects, and capturing moments through photography and vlogging.
