Ally Good is an eighteen-year-old from St. Louis, Missouri and senior at St. Joseph's Academy! She was first introduced to ocean conservation through her involvement in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Ocean Guardian Youth Ambassador Program. After graduating from this program with the highest distinction, Ally founded and ran an ocean conservation program for high school students in the St. Louis region at the St. Louis Aquarium. Night at the Aquarium spreads awareness of the challenges facing the ocean and educates St. Louisans on the importance of the ocean for all life. Ally places emphasis on the education of her community through research and educational presentations. Through this opportunity, Ally cannot wait to transfer what she has learned working in aquatic education to climate policy and make a difference. Ally is beyond excited to work with individuals around the nation who are similarly passionate about stopping plastic pollution!
