2020 Youth Program Applications are OPEN!

Now Accepting Applications for BOTH the EarthEcho Youth Leadership Council and Water Challenge Ambassadors

The EarthEcho Youth Leadership Council (YLC) unites young conservation leaders ages 15-22 from around the world and plays a critical role leading and developing EarthEcho’s suite of education programs, while providing insight and expertise from a youth perspective to shape EarthEcho’s work. YLC members have the opportunity to serve in an advisory capacity and gain an understanding of the operations of an international non-profit organization, help lead initiatives to expand the impact of EarthEcho’s programs, collaborate with a network of young leaders from around the world, connect to EarthEcho’s partner organizations, take part in professional development learning opportunities to support personal interests, and have the opportunity to be elected as to serve as a youth member on EarthEcho’s Board of Directors. EarthEcho Water Challenge Ambassadors annually unites up to 20 young environmental leaders ages 14-22 from across the United States. This unique experience trains and equips student leaders to conduct ongoing water monitoring efforts in their communities, allows Ambassadors to collaborate with and learn from a network of young people passionate about protecting local waterways, and empowers participants to lead events to educate their communities about the importance of waterway conservation utilizing the EarthEcho Water Challenge.
