Youth Leadership Summit
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I authorize EarthEcho International Inc. (“EarthEcho”) to video-record and photograph me, and record my voice, conversation, and sounds, including any performance of any musical composition(s), during and in connection with my participation in the virtual EarthEcho Youth Leadership Summit (the “Recordings”). I accept and agree that EarthEcho shall be the exclusive owner of the results and proceeds of the Recordings with the exclusive right, including the copyright, throughout the world, in perpetuity, to use and license others to use, in any manner, all or any portion of the Recordings in connection with the Youth Leadership Council, EarthEcho’s other products and services, or as EarthEcho otherwise desires, including in the promotion, advertising, sale, publicizing, and exploitation of the Youth Leadership Summit or EarthEcho’s affiliated services, throughout the world in all media, an unlimited number of times in perpetuity. I represent that any statements made by me in the Recordings are true, to the best of my knowledge, and that neither they nor my appearance in the Recordings will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
I hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of the Recordings or the uses to which the Recordings may be put.
I expressly release and hold harmless EarthEcho and its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, affiliated entities, licensees, successors and assignees from and against any and all claims that I have or may have for invasion of privacy, defamation or any other cause of action arising out of the production, distribution, broadcast or exhibition of the Recordings. I acknowledge that EarthEcho will rely on this Appearance Release, potentially at substantial cost to EarthEcho, and hereby agree not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against anyone relating to the exercise of the permissions granted hereunder.
If participant in the Recordings is a minor, a parent (or guardian) of the minor must also consent and agree that they and the minor will be bound by all the provisions contained herein.
