Harper Campbell, co-founder of the Gulf Protection Pledge, is a sophomore at the Out-of-Door Academy in Sarasota, Florida. After growing up around the beach her whole life, she became interested in the negative effects of single-use plastics and how businesses are finding innovative ways to eliminate the problem. She is excited to meet and work with others passionate about water quality.
