Watershed is an educational music video about the Potomac watershed and our responsibility to protect it. Sarah Eckels, Mindy Hirsch, and Christophile Konstas produced Watershed for the National Park Service during the summer of 2005 through The Center for Environmental Filmmaking at American University.

Filmmaker Bios

Sarah Eckels is a second year M.A. student at American University, where her main interest is in documentary filmmaking. She is currently finishing her degree from Dallas, TX.

Mindy Hirsh, Christophile Konstas, and Chris Palmer

Mindy Hirsch is a second year M.F.A. student in film and media studies at American University. Upon graduation she hopes to move back to New York to pursue a career in writing and/or television programming.

Christophile Konstas has lived on the Potomac Watershed for practically all of her life, so it is fitting that she co-produced a film concerning its conservation. She is a second year M.F.A. candidate in film and media arts at American University. Currently, she is directing/producing a personal narrative on her mother.
