If you move slowly and are quiet many of the monkeys will ignore you. Today I enjoyed photographing dusky langurs, also called the dusky leaf monkey.

Today, like most days, the afternoon sky was covered by thick dark clouds followed by heavy tropical rain. Trying to keep myself and the camera dry is itself a challenge and an art form. But as I’m discovering, these situations are a time when there are many beautiful things to discover.
