Jill Belasco

Jill Belasco is the CEO of Coscentrix. Ms. Belasco founded Latitudes International in 1994 and established the company as an innovative designer and manufacturer of high-quality home fragrance products. The company developed and maintained strong relationships with buyers for large retail chains and brand manufacturers. Clients included names such as Pier 1, Bath & Body Works, Pottery Barn, The Body Shop, Estee Lauder, Williams Sonoma, Old Navy, Crabtree & Evelyn, Trish McEvoy, Starwood Hotels and Frederick's of Hollywood. In December of 2007, the Maesa Group acquired Latitudes. The Group comprises four companies; Maesa Home (formerly Latitudes), Maesa Beauty, Maesa Packaging and Maesa Studio. In early 2010, Ms. Belasco stepped into the role of CEO for the Americas.

Ms. Belasco has over twenty years of senior sales management and marketing experience in the cosmetic, fragrance and accessory industries. Over the course of her career, she has held national management positions for some of the world's leading fragrance companies and retail chains, including Halston - Orlane, Charles of the Ritz, May Department Stores and Colonia-Muehlens 4711. In 1994, she left her position as Vice President of Sales for Crystal Brands Jewelry to form Latitudes International.

Early in her career, Ms. Belasco was honored as the Outstanding Business Woman of the Year for Retailers in Los Angeles. In the ensuing years, she directed product introductions and marketing campaigns throughout the United States and Europe. In 2005, Entrepreneur Magazine recognized her as "Woman of the Year." In 2005 and 2006, she was a finalist for the Los Angeles Business Journal's "Women Who Make a Difference" award. In 2007, Beauty Industry West honored her as "Entrepreneur of the Year". Today, Ms. Belasco is a recognized leader in innovative product development in the cosmetic and fragrance industry. Under her leadership, the Maesa Group has been awarded the prestigious FiFi award for excellence multiple times.

In 1993, Ms. Belasco founded a business consulting firm specializing in women's apparel, and is a partner in Rochester, Roanoke and Associates, a real estate firm in Los Angeles. She is an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners and sits on the boards of Cosmetic Executive Women, The Fragrance Foundation and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. She acts as Chair of the Belasco Family Foundation, which supports scholarships for young musicians. Ms. Belasco is currently Board Chair of Youth Mentoring Connection, a non-profit organization aiding at-risk teens in the Los Angeles area and is involved in a variety of environmental and political organizations.
