Bob Weis is a respected creative executive whose work spans the spectrum from film production, to theme park development, to Internet content creation, to museum exhibit design. He has worked with some of the most prestigious organizations in the country including The Walt Disney Company, the Smithsonian, National Geographic, and Kennedy Space Center. Mr. Weis was Senior Vice President of Walt Disney Imagineering for 15 years, where he led the design and development of the Disney-MGM Studios in Florida. Working closely with Disney CEO Michael Eisner, he led a multi-disciplinary team of 70 people to execute the $400 million project, which has since attracted more than 80 million visitors since opening in 1989. He also supervised development of DisneySea in Tokyo from inception to final approval, and was instrumental in the development of Disney-MGM Studios in Paris. Currently, he is working with Disney on developing new entertainment, which will bring wireless interactive technologies into Disney theme parks for the first time.
