Landria Onkka is the CEO & Financial Advisor at Park Avenue Group, LLC, In association with Brown, Thomas & Co, L.L.C. She has 20 years experience in the investment banking industry, specializing in private equity, and private wealth management. She began her career as National Accounts Director to Greta Marshall, former California State Pension Fund manager overseeing business development for Ms. Marshall’s private Hedge Fund and Emerging Manager firm, “The Marshall Plan.” Landria was the top manager in funding for several private equity firms, including Continental Capital and Valley Forge Capital Holdings in San Francisco and then joined Capital Access Group, a boutique investment bank as a Partner and Investment Banking Consultant. She spent much of her career working on Wall Street on various capital raises, IPO’s, and acquisitions. She subsequently worked as an independent consultant, guiding entrepreneurs in their business development and growth stage issues, capital raises, and mergers & acquisitions. Her client list includes high net worth business owners, athletes, entertainers, and foundations. She has worked on projects from $1,000,000 to over several billion in funding, including major casino and entertainment projects in Vegas and Singapore. She recently funded a high profile Billion+ dollar real estate development/entertainment deal in Las Vegas and has consulted high net worth individuals her entire career. Her experience and powerful financial network offers value to the complex financial needs and business growth of her clients.

In 2005, Landria was recruited by Neuberger Berman/Lehman Brothers, a high net worth money management firm, as Vice President, Private Asset Management. She worked with wealthy clients on their portfolio management. Experiencing the limits posed by working under one corporate philosophy and financial products menu, she returned to independent financial advisory work to offer her clients total strategic planning in financial products and services and to utilize her background in investment banking. Landria’s investment banking experience, applied to the personal wealth management arena is unique and offers substantial advantages to her clients.

Landria holds a business degree from Cologne University, CDC, Koln, Germany as part of a Bayer International Scholarship program through the University of Michigan. She attended the University of Michigan on an advanced English program. Landria worked for Bayer GmbH management on an International Scholarship program in Dormagen, Germany and speaks German. She worked in Washington, D.C. as a Congressional Writer on a University of Michigan scholarship. Landria held the second position on the University of Michigan Fencing Team (foil). Landria holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses in addition to Life, Health and Accident and Variable Products insurance licenses.
